About Penelope

Born in London, Penelope has spent a lifetime following curiosity, adventure, and the art of reinvention. She has lived in seven countries, explored 61, and is currently indulging her love for all things Italian—preferably with an Aperol Spritz in hand.

Her career? Anything but ordinary. She’s been a medical student, actress, singer, software developer, music publisher, and now, an international speaker, author, and educator. Through her company, Aging Disgracefully, she helps women embrace confidence, shake off invisibility, and step boldly into their next chapter—whatever that may be.

A lifelong champion of style, Penelope knows that how we present ourselves to the world influences how we feel about ourselves. She has spent decades helping women rediscover their spark through fashion, beauty, and self-expression. Because reinvention isn’t just about mindset—it’s about showing up as the best, boldest version of yourself.

Whether she’s running workshops, leading transformative travel experiences, or writing her next book, Penelope’s mission is simple: to remind women that right now is their time to start truly living. She has authored several books, including Hot Stuff – The Ultimate Guide to Style for Women of a Certain Age, and is the host of It’s Never Too Late, a podcast dedicated to proving exactly that.

Because after all, “There is no Use By date on your dreams.”
